This specification standardizes the split shipment service rules for multi-item orders, clarifies the batch delivery mechanism caused by inventory differences, and ensures transparent and reasonable delivery arrangement for combined orders.
For multi-item orders with inconsistent inventory status of commodities, the platform will adopt automatic split shipment processing. In-stock commodities will be shipped preferentially, and out-of-stock commodities will be delivered separately after stock replenishment.
Split shipment service will not generate extra logistics fees for users. All batch delivery expenses are uniformly borne by the platform, ensuring no additional cost for user orders.
Users can independently select unified delivery or split shipment mode before order payment. The platform will arrange delivery strictly according to user selected preferences.
All batch delivery records and split shipment logistics waybills will be displayed in the order details page one by one, realizing full transparent tracking of multi-batch orders.
